Foundation Repair Clarksville TN is a referral website for homeowners in Clarksville, TN, the rest of Montgomery County and nearby towns. Use this page to route a concern to the right place, whether it involves our pages or a foundation repair company.

About this website. If a page looks wrong, confusing or unfair, or our handling of your request fell short, write to us through the contact page and put "website question" first. Describe what happened and roughly when. Every complaint gets read and checked.

About a foundation repair company. The company that received your request runs its own business. It is not our employee, we do not direct its workers, and we do not set its prices. For problems with an estimate, a repair, a warranty or a worker's conduct, go to that company first. Write it down with dates and photos, and hold on to copies of the contract, the estimate and every receipt.

If that does not settle it. Tennessee's consumer protection law forbids unfair or deceptive business practices. The Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs takes consumer complaints about contractors through its website. Questions about a contractor's state license go to the Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors. For permit questions, the City of Clarksville Building & Codes Department covers addresses inside city limits, and Montgomery County Building and Codes covers the rest of the county. For an agreement signed in your home, Tennessee generally allows a buyer to back out up to midnight on the third business day that follows. That is general information, not legal advice.

Letting us know. Please tell us even when a complaint belongs with the company. A pattern of problems affects whether that company keeps getting requests from us.

Nothing in this policy takes away a right Tennessee law gives you. Tennessee law governs this policy.
